10) Everything is turning green!
9) Flowers are beginning to reveal themselves.
8) The scent of flowers blooming (think hyacinth and lilacs...)
7) That first feel of warmth on your skin after a long winter.
6) The pretty spring colors! (pastels definitely come to my mind: lilac/lavender, pink, butter yellow, mint green)
5) Everything opens back up. Stores, restaurants and parks that close during the winter are throwing their doors open! (so to speak)
4) The sound of birds chirping once again. And perhaps that first sighting of a robin?
3) One of my favorite sounds of all: spring peepers!
2) That life-giving and (luck-bringing) rain!
1) And truly, life feels like it begins anew. We'll see the sun more, trees will begin to bud and the grass will start to green back up. Ahhh!!! Spring time in northern Michigan is sooo pretty!
