The timeless look and feel of Krystal and Nolan's Castle Farms wedding cannot be overstated. Gorgeous floral, and navy blue and gold accents made this a wedding that will never look outdated. The pops of dusty rose also served to continue with that elegant feeling throughout the space.
We met Krystal and Nolan in 2019, and they had an original wedding date of 2020. And we all know how 2020 went. And Krystal and Nolan ALSO had the added stress of being full-time nurses.
Through it all, we kept the lines of communication open to the two of them, often at odd hours due to their schedules.
Krystal was pretty sure how she wanted the Queen's Courtyard (ceremony) and East Garden Room at Castle Farms to look. Lots of navy, pops of dusty rose and gold elements throughout.
For the ceremony she wanted our circle arch as her and Nolan's backdrop, and to have floral from @thymehilldesign hanging from the sides. I also suggested they have it moved behind their sweetheart post-ceremony and they both LOVED the idea! This look with the circle arch has become a hugely popular request for us! For their sweetheart table, I also added a chiffon table skirt.
In the reception space, she wanted our pillar candle cluster for centerpieces atop our blue linens. Gold mercury glass votives were also scattered around the tables. Krystal and Nolan also had blue napkins which were folded into a cute shape by the catering staff from @greygables of Charlevoix. The bar also received a pretty treatment!
Amidst the turmoil that was 2020, Krystal and I stayed in constant touch, reassuring them both that Heart and our entertainment division (A+ Entertains) was with them all the way as well. No matter what the world threw our way!
